1 week into cycle..........

and all is well. Strength is definately on the up but weight isnt budgin as of yet.
My diet is the best I've ever had it 6 meals a day and only my last of the day being supplemented with a protein shake. I'm wondering if the lack of weight gain so far is a result of my diet being a lot cleaner than ever before. I usualy put at least a couple of pounds on in my first week. Ive also being hitting the the Cardio for 30 mins after 50 mins lifting. Is this too much???????????
Ive had no sides from the anapolon at 50mg ed so Ive just up'd to 100mg ed.
I have not been taking any nolva but am keeping it on hand just in case.....................

If you dont eat over maintenance you wont gain weight. To put on weight fast with a cycle you'd generally have to be 1000 calories or more over maintenance, my last bulker was 5300/5400 calories daily with some peaks @ 6500.

Is anadrol all you are doing? For 6 weeks straight?

Stack:-
10 weeks
Primobolan 100mg pw
Sustanon 250 mg twice a week
first 6 weeks
Anapalon 100mg ed
Final 4 weeks Winstrol depot eod

Typical daily diet
1.
4 eggs Scrambled with grilled fresh tomatoes on 2 dry wholemeal toast
1 bowl oats with skimmed milk and fruit juice.

TRAINING:- 50 mins weights and 30 mins Low impact Cardio

2.
150 gms lean beef steak griddled with veggies and 750 ml of skimmed milk
3.
200 gms skinless roast chicken with rice/pasta and 750 ml of Cranberry juice
4.
Pilchards in tomato sauce on dry wholemeal toast and two chilled apples.
5.
Two 'crumpets' with peanut butter and 750ml of skimmed milk whisked with 2 eggs.
6.
1000ml Whey protein shake.

Throughout the course of the day approx. 3ltrs water.

First of all, you're only 1 week into a cycle of which your testosterone is full of long esters.

Second of all, while you're eating 6 fairly clean meals, there are not very many calories in there. Like Mudge said, you really have got to bump it up. I've now put myself over 6200 calories consistently, and that's what it took to make the scale move.

you would definetly see a nice anabolic effect at 600 mg/wk.

primo is a great drug because it is fairly safe for an anabolic compound. but any dose less than 400 mg/wk is a waste of money...the money used for 100 mg/wk of primo could be better spent on something else

Yes, I honestly think the money would be much better invested into something such as trenbolone (so I've heard). I'll soon find out since I took my first shot of it yesterday.

Ok,Ok point taken!!!

So where to go from here? Ive already got the Primo and I dont know any beefy chix who might want it so I'm basically stuck with it!! I have taken Deca before and I have also taken Primo before and personally I got better gains from the Primo as my base. I'm not in any big rush either thats why my post stated that I'm 1 week in and all is well. I'm just wondering if all the shit I was eating last time round was actually more benificial than the clean diet I have this time round as far as gains are concerned......................................

Shit I'd cut the cardio a little. Every other session I'd do it, instead of every session. Just burning some useful cals.

when you used primo before what else was in your stack and at what dosages ?

Similar stack really only anabol @ 25mg ed instead of anapolon only difference is very little cardio and I ate everything in sight........which makes me wonder if clean food is the way to go.
I'd hate to cut the cardio back cos I feel much fitter as a result of it but if its stoppin my gains then s'pose I could cut it a little.............
Oh I just remebered that I was also doin creatine throughout that cycle too maybe that was adding to my weight gains with water retention............

I would think anabol would have a way bigger effect on water retention then creatine any day of the week.

I dont get anything from creatine, now Anadrol gives a lot of people pound a day 'gains,' so I'd agree.

Creatine don't do much for me....I think some people must respond better then others. My muscles seem to not care one way or the other.

I do have red meat in my diet, and some people believe if you get in 2-3g you are not going to do much better I've just never found any creatine to give me noticeable size or strength, then again 200mg of drol ED put a good load of weight on me and I can't point to where very much of it went, seriously I hide weight like a mother (err something).

I went from 245 to 268 around a pound a day, and not much changed that I could point to, gut the same, arms up about half an inch, not a whole lot.

Hey Mudge you must have put on some water...do you look more puffy? I hope I don't gain weight that fast. I would actually like to try to add some muscle and remove some fat so that when its all said and done I am about the same 260lbs but more muscle less fat ratio

Ok so I'm increasing the Primo to 400mg pw

So thats
Weeks 1-10 Sustanon 250 twi weekly (500mg)
Weeks 1-5 Primo 400mg
Weeks 1-6 Anapalon 100mg ed
Weeks 5-10 winstrol depot 1ml eod (ouch)

This is the first time I can genuinly say I put on water. Someone told me my ass looks more noticeable (great) but I could not point to anything that looks different, if anything I have more definition (I get that way on fina). Now when I was clean for 8 weeks the last time, the front desk guy told me I was looking smaller but my measurements were not changing, so I am not sure whats up with that.

I dont measure my legs as religiously but I dont notice a big difference.
