I'm on about my 10th day at 500 mg/ED. I don't really feel lethargic, maybe about the same as I feel when on clen at 200 mcg/ED.
the sweating isn't to bad, although cuddling with the gf in bed results in some serious sweating. she has finaly stopped attempting to do so..lol
from a 3 point caliper test I'm down 1.25% bf in 10 days which is good. my goal was to lose 3-4% with 30 days usage.
my macros are close to 50/30/20 with the majority of carbs being in the am and post WO. I train in the am and pm. Have switched from using maltodextrin in my PWO shake to 1/2 cup of quick oats and 1/2 banana.

the caps I have are 100 mg. I started off using 200 mg/ED and I took them at night before bed. I did that for 3 days. then I upped the dose to 300 mg/ED for 2 days taking 200 mg before sleep then again around mid-afternoon. days 6-8 I upped to 400 mg taking 200 mg before sleep then spreading out the other 200 mg equally during the daytime. now at 500 mg, I'm taking the 200 mg before sleep(10 pm), another 100 mg when I wake (7 am), another 100 mg around 1 pm then another 100 mg at around 6 pm.
I think I'm going to stick with going 4 weeks straight while using it...

Anything new Lam? I just bought some and wanted to see were you were at.


Sunday was my last day. I ended up losing about 2.25% bf over the 5 weeks with no loss of strength or LBM. that was also with eating desert every night.
Overall I am pleased I have a feeling that using UA with clen, T3 or ECA would give VERY good results...

Yeah I started running T3 for a very short while before giving up, my whole backside was drenched any time of the day.
