Right, im thinking of running a long cycle of test prop/Eq for 10 weeks then changing at 10 weeks to Winny/primo/proviron
As far as iv read test prop has fat burning qualities and winny/Eq/primo are normal choices for a cutting stack.
Im not trying to cut as i dont compete im just trying to get my Bf% down and make quality gains for here on in.
I just done my first cycle of sus and gained like 33lb that im happy with but id like from this point to slow things down and make sure im looking a little leaner if posable.
Anyways heres a a pic of me so you can see were i am an were i need to go i gained like 33lb on a 10 week sus only cycle.
I do wanna get bigger but i wanna make leaner gains and bring my waste line in and my bf down. ????
You're built a lot like me. I'm also trying to get my body fat percentage down while adding some gains, so I'm watching my diet more than anything. I've dropped soda, all junk food, and am staying pretty healthy and active. I've already dropped a few pounds, which is good.
I'm built kinda like you but I've never really cycled. I am going to drop some BF before going on for a second attempt. I would try to bring your BF down before you cycle. Atleast a little bit because from what most guys say they gain some fat while on gear. I think you probably could avoid fat gain by keeping a very clean diet while on. Thats what I would do.
