I do 2 sets of hammers and 2 sets of alternating dumbell curls, thats it. Triceps are generally 2/3s of the arm, thats just how it goes.

Per your message, site specific growth, certainly from deca, isn't going to happen. It'll look nice for about 2 days and then it will be gone.

What is your bicep strength like? Some people that dont have a lot of peak feel they have small biceps, when they just lack peak, which is genetic.

mudge your right as for the genetic part of it as no one alive or dead in this family that i can remember had a lot of peak. is there still a way to get it even if genetics factor in

you really are trippin about this aren't ya bro. you give it time dude. you can't change the shape of the muscle, all you can do is fully develop it. after that it is what it is. there is no secret excercise thats gonna lead you to a great peak. just relax and be patient, and it will come. mix up the training, teh rest times, the rep ranges, the movements, and remember to trian them heavy mostly, you will be fine. Relax and good luck
