Couple of questions - advice appreciated!

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
First off thanks to anyone who gets back to me about this.

Ok where to start, im 19, 6ft1" about 215ibs pretty much all muscle low BF %, ive been training for about 2 and a half years and im pretty knowledgable regarding my training and dieting. However my knowledge about gear doesnt go into much depth so if any of you guys can help me out that would be ace.

Ive done a cycle of deca previously for 3months worked like a charm, added about 3-4kg of muscle, but i wanna take it a little further add more lean muscle but get really cut up at the same time or at least over a period of time.

Ive been looking and researching Deca again, durabolin and parabolan just wondering if there the best options for lean muscle gains and ripping/cutting down my bf % further. Plus i wanna know what amounts i should be taking and for how long etc etc.

If anyone could get back to me i would appreciate it - thanks

Cutting bodyfat involves dietary change.

Test + parabolan if you could afford it, real parabolan amps are damn near extinct and is now basically underground only. Tren acetate or enanthate are much easier to get.

Nand drugs generally are believed to work on high calorie only diets, I ran 5400-6500 calories with 600mg of deca weekly and felt it did nothing special for me other than fix up my joint and tendon issues. I have much more love for anything but deca.

Dietary tips? Go read the diet forum.

There are many ways to reach an end result, just picking a drug here or there isn't going to make you look like Lou Ferrigno or John Cena alone, it takes lots of hard consitent work, as well as the forementioned dietary importance. Unless you are ripped year round, to get looking like the guy in your pic, you are going to be working your ass off in the kitchen.

I always thought alot of guys like John Cena, HHH and others did alot of gear aswell as consistant dietary routines. I mean the density and peak of the guys above biceps are huge. Im pretty ripped most of the time even when i drop my diet and have a trashy week. I was just wondering if there is any gear i can utilize that will help me gain lean muscle mass and allow me to also rip up further or maintain.

Diet is how you get ripped, it has next to nothing to do with what gear you choose. Diet is also how you gain quality weight, the juice wont do all the work for you, it just helps it happen faster under the right training and dietary conditions.

Mudge you hit the nail square on the head. Its amazing how many people think steroids are wonder drugs. People need to realize that steroids don't do the work and dieting for you.

I know they dont do the work for you, i was just wondering if there was anything that would assist good training and strict dieting to allow for faster gains. Soz if i werent clear enough describing what i was asking for. Im not that knowledgable regarding gear, simply wanted to know if there was anything that would help me gain lean muscle while allowing me to cut the BF down.

Most of the time you aim for keeping what you do have while dieting down, if you are actually able to gain LBM then you are all the more lucky.

Virtually any drug would help achieve that, test is best.

Testosterone does many things, depending on useage they can be good or bad. ReSEARCH is the key, then ask specific questions. Good luck.
