    Juicing quicker recovery time

If you're juicing doesnt that improve your recovery time? Meaning you can and/or should work out each muscle more than once per week?
    Is this true or not

yes you recover quicker, but it doesn't necessarily mean more WO's. it can mean whatever you want, you can increase the volume and intensity of your training. remember to increase you cal count as well thou. this also ties into my response about bulking in the other thread TG..peace

if you decrease your volume per training session there are ways to safely train a body part multiple times in say a 7-8 day period...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

Most people are guilty of over training anyways. So chances are you are already doing enough in the gym. I know I personally like high volume training even on small muscle groups. I just listen to my body to determine how many sets and how heavy on what exercise. That probably doesn't work for everyone but I feel it works for me.
