215 x 20 = 4,300 cals/day

4300 x .40 = 1720 / 4 = 430 grams of protein
4300 x .40 = 1720 / 4 = 430 grams of carbs
4300 x .20 = 860 / 9 = 95 grams of fats

thanks brother, I like that set up, it's realistic. One thing though, I dig the 40-40-20, protein, carb, fat ratio, but where did you get the 20 to multiply the 215 by? Thanks for your time to help me out though man, realy appreciate it.

Jesus... no wonder I can't put on weight even on gear.... I could not stuff that much food in me in TWO days, much less in one...

Hmmm... what to do??? Most people complain about eating too much, but not being hungry enough is just as bad of a problem.

the addition of EQ @ 50-100 mg/wk can increase hunger. so does ketotifen at several mg/ED.

4300??? Dude that is NOTHING, I'm not the biggest eater out there and I can crush those numbers with ease. You get used to it, its not about being hungry, its about just getting the food down. Add calories bit by bit and your stomach will adjust.

I am 190 lbs 6'0, not a "big" guy but not small either... and the most I can eat without really pushing myself is about 2500-3000 max!

But I will do what you say Mudge, I have a month left in my EQ/test cycle (no Lam, unfortunately EQ did not make me hungry) and I will force myself to eat as much as possible. Hopefully I will be able to put on an extra 5 lbs on this cycle.

Any website you guys can refer me to for caloric counting?? thanks!

I am only 150 lbs, and I cut @ 2600 cals, bulk @ around 3800 cals. I could easily eat 5000 if I had to. How peoole can't eat enough is beyond me.

repoj, I hope you are taking the sus 250 twice a week or at least E4D. That is a short cycle for sus, too.

well I could hit a 10 or even a 12week cycle just fine,I have the gear for it. From what I understand one amp a week is good enough fo a newbie such as myself. http://www.steroid.com/48.php is where I got my info as far as online. Many friends of mine have personally told me hat as long as I eat heavy, train hard, and get good rest one amp of sust a week should be very good for mass. I understand that most think that unless you take it twice a week it will offer no results, but for everyone that says that I can submit evidence that at least as much people say that one amp a wek is just as good. Who should I believe?

at your weight I would take 1 amp every 5 days...

I would also use some Glucosamine & Chondroitin since test only cycles are proven to reduce reduce collagen synthesis by 50%...

I take gluc and chond right now but thank you. I have a friends that says that one amp a week for 5 weeks, than 5 weeks off, than another five weeks on is a good cycle. Is this to old school you guys think because I'v seen this boy's cycle diets and training, he is fricki'n huge, and it's NOT just the genetics.

5 week on and 5 weeks off doesn't make any sense as it takes several weeks for blood level concentrations to build up for there to be any real effect.

is he taking any orals also ? dbol maybe...

5 on 5 off for Sustanon is strange. By the time its in full effect you'd be stopping the cycle already. Your test levels will be like one bad-ass roller coaster

i agree with repoj, if your a roid newbie even 250-300 mg of test every 5-7 days for 10-12 weeks is more then enough, obviously it depends on body weight and any PH usage in the past. if your body is a new to high levels of test, even a small dosage will be beneficial, with good diet and training

at the same time, a guy on 250 mg of a test every 5 days may not be at the ideal spot for gains relative to side effects (at smaller doses the largest being shutting yourself down)..ie. is it really worth shutting urself down if your not gonna reach peak gains? why not just throw in an extra 200mg...

i think that after a certain dosage, all excess hormones are not beneficial to whomever is using them...obviously depending on genetics...

wish there was more money put into steroids research lol, now its just 'guess and test'...
