cycle from Layman's book of steroids

WHat do you think about these cycles. It's 8 week cycle for intermediate people.I've read this book (Layman's book of steroids) and I think it's awesome. This guy knows a lot about the steroids. I should start my second cycle at the end of month and I need your opinion.30 years old, 6'1" 188lb.
If you don't like it please tell me what would you change in the cycle.
    Thanks

250 test? Nearly worthless. 15mg anavar? Nearly worthless. 200 deca? Dont bother. There is no point to overcomplicating things by running 3 drugs for a newbie.

Sorry, but 188 pounds is not intermediate in any sense of the word, unless you were 5'4". I've got about 70 pounds on you and if I competed, I would not be considered intermediate.

Fix up the diet, and stop reading Mick Hart.

    Just my opinion.

    Awful

I too have read Mick hart and believe he knows what he is talking about. I have a freind who has been trying to coax me into doing some test 250 and stacking it with deca, as he did. When i left az he was benching 285 in one year is now benching 430lbs he is 5'10" and weighs 185. I saw him a month ago and he is not carrying a lot of water. He is cut pretty good and looks huge. When I saw what test 250 and deca did for him I bought some. Maybe it will give me same results maybe not. But i know you got to go with proven results. Not trying to offend anyone, Just my opinion.

Go with what you know works.

I think if someone is getting results from using less then that is best. I've known guys that have used Sustanon at 250mg per week and had great gains. I don't know how long he was using but he was lean, dry, and very big. Considering he was asian with small bones he put on large amounts of muscle.

so are you saying that your friend had to use gear just to get to 185 lbs ? if so, his diet or his training sucked ass before he started using AAS...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

No. Sorry i retyped some things in there and did not move that. when i saw him before the move he was 185. I do not know what he weighs now. I did not ask. But if i would have past him on the street i would not have recognized him. I know he had to put on 18 to 20 lbs of beef. He has always had big legs and decent chest and arms but his chest and arms grew alot. He said he was doing the same work out he always did but his upper body grew better.
