what can i expect
hey everyone, ive been lifting weights for about 5 years bb for about 1 and a half. im very committed to training and diet. ive made slow steady progress over time. i was just wondering how much of a difference throwing in a cycle of test would make? do i need to train more often, longer or any differently? do i need to change my diet in any way either for bulking or cutting? is it worth using steroids while cutting?
any thoughts appreciated, thanks!

Diet is everything.
Training for me doesn't really change. Some people run more volume, I'm not a high volume guy at the moment.
Gear during cutting, allows you to hopefully retain more LBM while cutting calories a bit more drastically than when clean.
