    first cycle ?

    hey im about 6'2 and 270 pounds, bench 265, squat 455, and DL 365. I have been reading alot about gear and pct's anmd everything but cant decide on what would be best for me. I would liek to stay at my weight but maybe lose some of my stomach on the other hand i would like to become more muscular ansd dense..im not sure on what to take, any help would be great..thanks

    do a test enanthate cycle at 500 mg/wk. clean up the diet and drop the cals down low and you will lose plenty of fat

    10 weeks, and have nolva on hand incase signs of gyno show up. Yes, nolva would also be good for PCT.

    haha i was 170 in 8th grade and since ive started lifting and playing football ive gained 100 pounds...the only thing i really need work on is geting faster, right now i run a 5.2 40yd and would like to be around 5 flat.

    I was 180 at 18 years of age, 170 for an 8th grader is heavy.

    how tall r u mudge? and were u a very lean 180 at 18? i was about 5'10-5'11 in 8th if if i remember correctly

    6'2", in 8th grade I was 12 years old and maybe 5'5"/5'6". I am ~251 pounds currently, not what I'd call lean (10% or less). When I was 180ish yeah I would have said I was somewhat lean, since thats just about skin and bones.

    you shouldn't even consider using gear until you are at least 21. intelligent steroid use can be costly especially when it comes to getting regular bloodwork done.

    Here high school is grades 9-12, and I left high school my last month turning 18. I was 14 entering high school so I should have been 13 in 8th grade yep, that was quite awhile ago so I dont really think about that much.

    yea, actually it was brown piss, and saying man is jsut kind of a habit, sorry. yea i know now that m1t is a steroid and didnt know much about it when i was using it, it was my mistake and i have stopped using it

    basically I think you are missing the point. in your teens you are not mature enough physically and especially mentally to go fucking around with your endorcine system.

    from what i have learned urine is supposed to be more clear to a "lemonade" color....and u need to increase your water intake is it looks more liek "apple juice" this is pretty much true right, and also when i take a multi vitamin my piss is liek neon yellow?

    Just wanted to make sure ure reading again dude! Damn I hate it when kids dont think any further than the tip of their nose!!!

    Ure 17, benching ur body weight, deads around 365 pounds, all this after a year!! URE doing great!! keep it natural for a few more years if you care to keep growing!

    Last I heard, it was recommended that we have 5 clear evacuations daily.
