    What age is good to start gear

    Im 19 and have been working out hard for over 3 years, and as most of u know i just started my first cycle, just wondering what everyone thought on the perfect age and how many years of natural training should u have under your belt before u start using gear.

    why are you asking this now ? since you already started , whats the point of asking this ?

    You should be at least 21 before you do any anabolics, even prohormones. You brain and body aren't done fully growing until that age. If you drink or do any steroids before that age, you run a high risk of stunting that growth.

    Yea, I was always told 22 years old (close enought I guess) and I've also been told to have at least 5 years training under your belt before you start using Gear.
