Well, first off, you needed to wait longer to gain more natural size before you started a cycle. Second, you should have jump started your cycle with dbol and you would have started your gains from about day 10.

Now that you have blown all of that, it will take about a full month before you see any changes. With that low of a dose, it might take a little longer.

What is quite high? I used to think I ate everything in sight while doing a see-food diet, but when I started counting I was 3,000, maybe 3,500 on a good day--not nearly enough.

Do like they said and count your cal's. where not going to do this for you. Count your cal's, protein, carb and fat intake and then report back to us.

As for kicking off w/ d-bol on the first cycle I disagree. 500mg/ew of sus or test only for 10 weeks is the best 1st cycle.

Also how long have you been TRAINING?

i agree but dbol kicking in on day 10!!!? virtually everyone i've talked to that has taken dbol has told me that it kicks in pretty much instantly (on day 1-2), and within the first week alone you add 5-10lbs (mostly water but still!)

I'm running 12 weeks of Test/EQ/Dbol, and dropping the dbol after 4 weeks. All this weight is water, so I wouldn't want to keep it post cycle.
