I tried DNP or what was supposed to be DNP at least.200mg per cap. I took 1 cap aday for 9 days, I never once felt hot and I sweated no more than normal, I started ECA tha 3rd day to perhaps kick start it or somethin, I even went into tha sauna wit a plastic suit on for 45 minutes. My current stats are 160lbs, 5.2% BF at 6"1 tall.I was told by tha person that gave it to me that " my bodyfat was too low for it to work and to try take'n 400mgs!" That's when tha bullshit alarm went off. Has ANYONE ever heard that bodyfat would effect DNP heat'n you up ?!? Peace n Love

I have heard carb intake effects it, but protein foods are more thermogenic by nature. Women sometimes are "immune" to small doses of DNP, I dont know about bodyfat percentage effecting that though.

I dont believe you will find caps under 200mg, so he was doing as low a dose as one could without DIY.
