Need Advice about losing Bf

Currently I am 5'9 and about 200lbs with 25%bf need to lose bf by summer. I was looking into taking T3. Can someone help me in order of what things to take and how long to cycle it for. Also, any other help is appreciated.

Thanks,
-Christian

sound like you can easily cut 20-25lbs. by summer simply by eating clean and running your ass off

If you dont lift currently, get started. This will help shift your insulin sensativity problem in your favor, since your fat cells are soaking up the bulk of the nutrients you are taking in. Then of course, fix up the diet.

25mcg twice a day, or one 50mcg drop would be where I would start.

You can run it as long as you want, but it is believed that the metabolism further stabilizes over time in response to increased thyroid output, as well as natural thyroid stimulation (TSH) declining with replacement.

I have never done any thyroidal PCT myself.
