    how much protien to take in on first cycle?

    I'll be hitting my first cycle this week and I need to know about how many grams of protien to intake a day as well as an in general carb amount. What do you guys think? I'm about 5'9", 215 lbs.

    Try to get 2grams per body lb. But at least 1.5.

    add about 1500 cals to your diet

    I aim for at least 35g of protein each meal, almost always getting more than that. I eat every 1 1/2 to 2 hours. I also load in a bunch of carbs. Just shovel it all in. I eat a frozen pizza everyday and have a good carb source with each meal. I just started eating whole boxes of mac and cheese too. Eat with a purpose.
