got weighed the other day. ive gained 4.5kg in under 30 days with my sustanon only course (250 shot every 5 days). i think that is pretty good, i look more defined and tighter aswell.dont see any bloating or retention.

This is true, however in the end test is test, no matter how you calculate it. Its all the same exact thing except with different esters attached to it.
