    WEEK 1 200 DECA 200 TEST CYP

    WEEK 2 400 DECA 300 CYP

    WEEK 3 400 DECA 300 CYP

    WEEK 4 500 DECA 400 CYP

    WEEK 5 500 DECA 500 CYP

    WEEK 6 400 DECA 400 CYP

    WEEK 7 300 DECA 400 CYP

    WEEK 8 400 CYP

    WEEK 9 300 CYP

    WEEK 10 200 CYP

    I WILL BE RUNNING 10 MG DAY NOLVA WEEKS 4-12
    AND CLOMID WEEKS 12-14 ALONG WITH HGC- DHT AND 30 MG CRATAINE A DAY FOR WEEKS 12-18 THANKS ANY MEAL PLANS IN MIND? TRYING TO GET MODERATE GAINS BUT KEEP OFF THE FAT

    no reason to taper up or down on the dosages. I would also run HCG @ 500 iu's 2x a week for the entire duration of the cycle vs using it for PCT.
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    Wk 1 is just a waste, Run the whole 500mg Test wks 1-10, go 400mg Deca each week up to week 8 or 9. Most people don't seem to think tapering is benificial, it makes some senxe at the end, but there's is no need to taper up in the begining, unless your trying to gauge sides. Many people actually doubles up on the first week (front loading)

    Just Want To Get Used To The Androgens Ive Ben Told Less Sides This Way I Got Bad Acne 3 Years Ago On 500mg X 10 Test So Far 2 Weeks Into It Decent Strenth Gains Less Water But Im Worried About Weeks 5 And 6 Got Into Bad Accisent 3 Years Ago Mid Cycle No Post Therapy And Lost 60 Lbs Of Quality Weight From Being Off My Feet For A Year And A Half But Thanks For The Info And Meal Plans In Mind?? Not Trying To Bulk Up To Much Actually Running Test Mostly For Deca Dick Looking To Lean Up A Bit.. Right Now Im 6'4 230 I Dunno Prob 16% Bf

    if you are looking to lean up why would you use a heavy anabolic like deca ? best results from deca are seen on high calorie diets. you should be using test with EQ or Tren if you are looking to get lean.

    High Calorie Yes Thats Fine Nandrolone Has Great Protein Synthisis Properties And Great Potential To Keep Gains Eq Runs My Anxiety Through The Roof Never Tried Tren ... I Shouldnt Have Said Lean Up I Want A Good Meal Plan To Keep The Calories Up But Keep The Fat Off My Stomach

    If it your first cycle in 3 years then just do the test again @ 500mg/ew or bump it to 750mg/ew. If you eat right you'll grow. FFFFFuck the deca this cycle
