    Talking T3 and Clen?? Need useful info

    Hello everybody. I know this topic is kinda old for some of you guys please bare with me. I have been reading alot on about this topic and I know what it can do and the side affects that it has. But i just had a couple questions if you guys don't mind...

    1.Can any1 mention the right company that sum1 has already tried that I can order from?

    2. I am about 5'10 and weigh 212, Started my cardio and diet not too long ago? Any suggestions on how long the cycle should be and how much someone my size can handle??

    1) IBEnutrition or customnutritionwarehouse. I have ordered from both. Custom's clen if he still carries it is some strong shit.

    2) Not sure. Start at a very low dose with the clen to be on the safe side. I start around 20mcg (and never needed to go over 40mcg lol). You may also want to ramp up the T3 to test for side effects from it too. Maybe start around 20-25 mcg or so and ramp up to 50+ as a max dose. Others will chime in. I respond to really small doses so my advice is biased toward using less.

    T3 cycles vary quite a bit in length. 6 weeks is pretty common ramped up and then back down. It can take a week or two for the effects to be seen. With no ketotofin, cycle clen/e hcl two weeks on/two weeks off.

    I am open with keto as long as i can work that in also with the cycle....I really dont know much about keto

    as for t3, maybe u should try something like tiratricol. it is supposedly a lot milder/safer. i am currently doing a clen/keto/trimax cyle with avant labs h.e.a.t. for an appetite suppressant and i love it. fat literally falls off your body

    Is Keto a supplement you are using or are you on a ketogenic diet? I didn't like clen/trimax at all. I highly suggest T3 over trimax.

    I am doing 100mcg clen in the AM along with 50mcg T3. I am on "anabolic support" but am looking to maintain as much LBM as possible, so no freaky doses for me. Calories are 3900 during the normal days and I am carbing up about every 4th day.

    Roughly 30% protein, 60% carbs, 10% fat.

    Clen is IP (half a tab) and T3 is IBENutrition.

    Just started IBE labs T3. ITs supposed to be 100mcg/ml. I have an oral syringe that pulls up to 3ml. 1ml isnt much. Seems like I barely get a few drops. I am only doing .5 ml and it aint shit. Should I feel it at .5ml which is 50 mcg? I dont feel shit. Am I all fucked up here or what?

    2nd day in and I was feeling the heat, not mad sweating but increased temperature yes.

    1ml is a lot more than a few drops, out of a dropper it seems to be 48-60 drops. A teaspoon is 3 milliliters and a tablespoon is 15. Just wait till you start dealing with tenths of a milliliter, a normal syringe will look huge.

    Are you shaking the bottle and taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach? I felt the heat at 25 mcg/day, but I was on test and there seems to be some synergy.

    Generally you shouldn't be cutting more than 10% of your calories at a time without anabolic assistance, which does not require an appetite suppressant. Your appetite will adjust within a couple weeks at the most, so long as you avoid junk foods that spike insulin.

    IP superclen with nothing else, benadryl is a new one on me. Supposedly ketotifen doesn't help, but I hadn't seen the data myself.

    I've been off the clen for a few days, just T3 for now. Starting tren enan this week, which will make me sweat for sure.

    benedryl supposedly is gives the same effect as keto. I haven't tried it or keto. I have heard mixed reveiws on keto.

    Hello , everyone i am looking for so help on this matter. I am 30 years old in the army and im thinking about doing a cycle of t3/clen.

    275 22%bf pritty big guy

    Im working out 6 days a week i lift for hour and a half then run on the treadmill for 20-30min sunday off.
    Im eating a small meal every 3 hours, i try to eat 270g of protein aday but im in afganastan so i use whey for most. Shake when i get up,before gym,after gym, and casein before bed.

    Im looking to drop the BF down as far as i can and keep it off!!!!
    Thinkg about running the t3/clen as a good jump start.

    Would love to here all your in put good or bad. Thx

    At 22% bodyfat, you just need to diet and train properly, and you aren't. Eating every three hours is a miserable way to diet. Please read the link in my sig on getting started. There's better dieting information in there.

    I read your link and it sounds good. I will total all that stuff up and see what numbers i come up with and post them for advice.

    Now what about my work out,this is what i do atm.
    MON. Bench 185lb 5 sets 10 reps strait bar srugs 225lb 6sets 10 reps
    seated arm curls 40lb 5 sets 10 reps
    face pulls 50lb 5 sts 10 rep

    TUE. SQUAT 225 5/10 DEADLIFT 165 5/10
    DECLINED SIT UPS 45LBS 4/10

    WED. SQUAT PUSH 135 5/10 BENT OVER ROWS 115 5/10
    CLOSE HAND BENCH 165 5/10 WOODCHOPER 50 4/10 EACH SIDE

    THUR. BI'S AND TRI'S
    FRI. SHOULDERS
    SAT. BACK
    SUND OFF
    I END EACH WORK OUT WITH 20-30 MIN ON THE TREADMILL.

    If you run t3 without testosterone you will burn muscle also. Strong stuff.
