anyone have any idea how much he benches? He looks pretty damn strong.. just wondering...

I dont know how much he benches but there is a video clip on the internet somewhere from his first video, "The Unbelievable", and in that clip he does 200 pound dumbell presses for like 11 or 12 reps. In that video he also does an 800 pound deadlift for 2 reps.

I can do 300 for 3 sets of 6. So maybe I can do 315 for one rep and then pass the hell out. But I'll be screaming "LIGHTWEIGHT BABYYYYYYYYY" as I do.

I'm sure he is in the 600s raw, I would be willing to put money on it, at least a low 6. Levrone pulled off a 500x5.

His routine is so inspiring. I was watching some videos of big Ronnie, and when I went to lift later that day with my leg day, it was ridiculous. I was screaming "light weight" and "get ready" and everyone was looking at me. I loved it though, very encouraging.

I own Ronnie's video, The Cost of Redemption (you can buy it off his website).

I liked it. It really humanizes him. Plus I live in a virtual bodybuilding vacuum and it's nice to get any material relating to the subject.

In his video, he leg presses an even 2000 lbs.
