    Switching to Clen with Ketotifen

OK... I ran Clen for 2 weeks. Took 4 days off realizing that there is a combination of clen and ketotifen that could lengthen, to infinity apparently the "on" time of this cycle. So... I ordered the Clen with the ketotifen in it. I only took 4 days off after my 2 week cycle. Will I "up regulate" receptors with the addition of ketotifen, or do I need the full 2 weeks off to return to normal to start fresh. I have a competition in 3 weeks and don't have time to take 2 weeks off.

Some say that ketotifen does nothing, I've never seen the data on it myself. You can run clen as long as you want, even though the effects lessen over time, which is the whole point for breaks. So if you want to keep running it then go for it.

Sounds like poor cycle planning though if you are about to hit a competition and are supposed to be off clen?

Poor cycle planning? Huh? am I not suppose to take Clen up to the day of the show?? Is there suppose to be some time off? I don't know what you mean about "poor cycle planning"

I took clen right up to the day of my show following a loose 2wk on 2wk off routine. I also picked up some ketotifen and ran that with my clen for 3 days but quit due to the lethargy I believe the keto caused. It really wore me out, which is not what one needs precontest.
