okay i've decided i'm gonna check this out for myself soon
one thing that i heard a few guys on here mention is that clen can reduce your strength...? surely that has to be bad news if your trying to retain muscle on below maintenance cals? as if you not lifting as much you gonna risk muscle loss right? so that kinda puts me off the idea totally, i can't really risk any muscle loss! i'm skinny enough as it is!
is there a way around this? i mean.. if i lose a rep or 2 no big deal, but losing 2.5-5kg off all my lifts (as i think mudge mentioned) is a fair bit, will this strength come back when you come off the clen?
also how do you feel a few days after your last clen dose? do you get any withdrawl symmptoms?
will a low dose of say 60-80mcg give less sides (and less strain on the heart), put still promote a good amount of fat loss?
i've heard taurine will help while on clen? anything else that i should run with it?
