Switching test mid cycle?

I got asked a question that I didnt know the answer to yesterday. Mabey some of you can shed some light on the subject.

I was asked what effect would switching test in a test only cycle have?

The guy asking me was 3.5 weeks into a test only cycle of QV test E (500mg/wk), and was wondering what effect (if any) it would have if he switched over to some BD test C at the same dosage. I've never switched, or heard much on the subject. I figure they are both test, so it wolnt hurt too much, but what do I know...

Test E and Test Cyp are essentially identical so I don't think you'll have a problem. Why are you switching from QV's test?

I like QV test E

I like QV test. I think something happened to his bottle to QV test, and all he had left was some test c.

Except for the fact that something happened to his QV test, and all he has at his disposal is Cyp. There is no problem switching between these two. He may find that the Cyp is more comfortable to inject.

If something did happen to his QV then yeah it would be fine, but if the QV was alright I wouldn't bother. Ive never used cyp, but before my current cycle, I heard QV's test e was painful, but it only hurt for the first 3 weeks or so for me.

test e didn't really hurt for me when compaired to prop....the test e hardly made me sore even a day or two later.

QV test E is fine when I shoot it, it doesnt hurt at all. The next day I'm always sore, but it goes away in a day to a day and a half. I dont mind the soreness. Thanks for you responces. I figured he would be fine using his test c and continuing his cycle "my understanding is that test is test", thanks for your responces. I wanted to make sure I didnt give him any bad advise.

The esters are very close in terms of half life. Should not notice a difference.
