New here. I’ve learned a lot reading the boards today! Great information.
I am ending my second week of Anavar 12.5 mg...no side effects at all. I my strength gains are remarkable. I can also see a change in my shape, muscles are getting harder and more solid. However I am about 20% body fat, I'm a little older and it’s not as easy to drop the fat as it was for me before, plus I can't do the amounts of cardio that I would like too due to time constraints.
I'm 5'11" 175 right now (would love to drop 10lbs of fat would be perfect then ). I would like to get to about 16% BF give or take a %.
I have friend who was so kind as to give me some T3 50mcg tablets. From what I have read, I don't think I should take more than 25mcg per day (I see most guys trying to stay at around 50mcg). Most folks pyramid up but I think it will be difficult to cut the tablets into 4's (I haven't seen them yet)
Any recommendations, like could I take 25 mcg every other day?? Would that make sense due to its half life time?? Not sure how to handle that.
The majority of us girls here don't use. Might try over at anabolic review PM a mod to have them give you access to the girls only sec. Hate for you to get the wrong info.

T3 is not "aas" however. 12.5mcg is very minute, I wouldn't suggest anyone to do under 25mcg male or female unless they were VERY small (a 0 dress size) and looking for HRT like results. Someone that small wouldn't need it anyway.
You can find 12.5mcg tabs but there is almost no market for them, because even HRT is almost always at least 25mcg of T3. Synthroid is a mix of both T3 and T4 which is most commonly prescribed. T4 converts into T3 in the body so this must be taken into consideration when calculating effective dose.
My two female friends who were using T3 are 5'6" and 6'0" respectively.
25-50mcg is a totally fine dose, but I would never do or suggest less than that. That is JMO though. If you were 110 pounds that would be different.
50mcg of T3 for a male is a very modest dose unless the subject is under 200 pounds and only looking for modest results. 50-100mcg is quite common, and sometimes more as I noted above.

you need to cut the crap "miss" and need to seriously start understanding what the fuck your doing before you continue - no one in here is "expert" and i would think twice before acting on these peoples advice.

you're underestimating the knowledge of people/mods here like Mudge.

Mudge, I have learned so much about this today! Thanks for your help...I'm going to tapper up and then tapper back down and do a PCT at the end of my cycle, I think that will work very well for me.
I'll write back with my results...I want to melt this fat off so all my hard work can really show !
Well, certainly nothing wrong at all with more advice, from women as well.
Negative reactions from T3 are rare but I've heard of skin rashing as well as high blood pressure. Neither of my two local female friends had issues though, and starting out with a lower dose is one of the ways to help you judge your reaction. I've done T3 a handfull of times and always had good results with no negative sides, clen is a little less forgiving in terms of how it makes me 'feel' with the heart rate elevation.

Trust me Leon, I am doing my due dilligence, and I totally agree with Mudge that it is my responsiblity. Thanks for the warning...

I seem to recall Iron Trybe having quite a few female users. You might check there for some additional general info. Could be worth your while.
Also, I think Cass over at rugged was on prescription thyroid meds for quite awhile and has learned a great deal about it. From what little I understand, women tend to run into far more problems with thyroid recovery in general than guys do.

Strongchick has, or had a subforum there. I am not sure whats going on there lately, as the owner of the site got busted, and I dont happen to post there myself.

Oh shit! Thanks for the heads up. I haven't read over there in quite some time. But yeah, strong chick was what I was talking about.
There used to be a lot of really good training journals there with some freakishly strong dudes and dudets. Hope it doesn't all go downhill. I wondered why such an interesting group of folks had such few recent posts.
Hey Mudge. A little off topic, but come to think of it, are there any other boards you recommend staying off of?
I know to stay off of outlaw, steroid.com, the old anabolic board and probably meso as well.
Do you mean to stay off because of heat? Use a proxy and get a new user name if you are concerned. Remember, mods know your IP when you post if you don't use a proxy. There are mods on some board that are happy to sell such information.
Sorry your post got jacked, TightBod. Keep us updated.

Plenty claim that they watch all over and honestly I dont really doubt it, but any open source board, or boards with busted owners are some kind of risk. At least one board with some recent legal troubles is still open, I am not sure who is at the helm because I dont go there and the board isn't really on my radar, not that I ever really gave it a chance (there are just too many boards, and not a ton of surplus time).
Triedia is back up and running, no idea how they are going to run it. I was never a poster there. A proxy is a great idea, but they can still build a profile if information is given. People often describe their stats, in open chat you might give away hair color, what you do for a living, people leak information all the time. Obviously not everyone is going to be that way, but if they really want to find you, unless you are a security freak, its likely they will. People screw up and that is how many a "security enthusiast" have been found.
I am on a board where a couple mods have been busted, but after such an occurence is a somewhat unspoken rule that they will be de-modded. One of them later rolled on someone after hunting for sources and was banned.

Thanks for the info guys. Yeah, if I want to browse some boards, I will probably just get in through a proxy. That sounds best, and just use different proxies etc.
A lot of people definitely could find out who we are. I just don't plan on posting up pictures of myself to make it ultra easy where some random person could just happen onto it a few years from now or something.
