1st cycle?

What do you think 1st time cycle?

week 1-10 test 400mg
week 1-4 d bol 25mg

The only question is "when" do I start taking nolva how "much" and for how "long".

I been getting mixed answers on my research on web sites.

Anything else i should take (anything to help liver while on d bol for those 4 weeks?)

why not 500mg's of test a week? What kind of test are you running? If it's something like cyp or enan, you'll want to wait until around 12 days after your last shot to start PCT.

It goes by how much you weight also... if i weighed 100lbs I am sure 500mg would be to much... its a number I picked out in the air for a start point for what i think is enough for me to use.

I weigh 190lbs @ 8% bodyfat

btw its Test E, also how many time should i jab per week?

use 500mg 2shots/week

and i'd recommend using a little nolva or an anti aromatase throughout. better safe than sorry.

Just to clarify...... that's 500 TOTAL or 250mg per shot.
