    Clen cycle

What do you think about this clen cycle

    Day1: 20mcg
    Day2: 40mcg
    Day3: 60mcg
    Day4: 80mcg
    Day5: 80mcg
    Day6-Day12: 100mcg
    Day13: 80 mcg
    Day14: 60 mcg
Day15: ECA for 2 weeks and back to the clen.

I have heard this is the standard clen cycle but i have heard oxyflux isnt as potent as other clen. There would be also 5-10 grams of Taurine a day also.

Looks pretty solid, just be careful with the fast ramp-up from day 1-3. Clen has a long half life so if the sides are unpleasent for you it will take many hours for them to wear off. IMO there's no need for a ramp down, you can continue at 100mcg per day until the end.

In addition to taurine make sure you consum plenty of potassium to avoid major cramps - bananas are a good source.

Thanks. I heard that it isn't necessary but it will get you back to normal quicker. I personally get jitters once in awhile when im on larger doses of eca so i heard ramping down would be a better idea for me. But if that has no effect id run 100 mcg the last two days.

I have have also seen many clen cycles that take two full days off between you last clen dose and your first eca dose. Not sure how necessary it is, I guess its to get all the clen out of your system before you put ephedrine into it.
