    thinking of starting

    well football is coming up in summer and wrestling is right after. ive been doin alot of research lately and wanted to run it by u guys. i am 17 and weigh 185-190 pds. 5'11. been lifting for about 4 years now. my training is preety good and when summer hits it will be practice for about 2-3 hours and weights for an hour or two 5-6 days /w. my diet could be a little better but i take in a lot of protien and carbs. no burgers though. i will definetly need more research and what not but do u guys think im ready?

    I have read about other that have started at this age. I know some of u out there started early,do u regret it? I also know a number of people at school who are taking right now.

    truth is...99 percent of people on this board will tell you to wait at least 5 more years...if you are training and eating right then you should be making great gains since your natural test levels are high as it is...i been training since i was 16 and now realize i knew absolutely shit back then...your time will come

    If you can't make gains naturally at your age then gear isn't going to do shit for you.

    I wish I knew how important diet was when I was your age, I started lifting when I was 11 and was caught up in the bullshit of all the muscle mags.
