Milk Thistle Question

do you guys take milk thisle whilst taking orals? or do you start the milk thistle once you've finished taking the orals? (eg. after kickstart or even PCT)

also how long do you take milk thistle for? as i hear it works best over prolonged periods of time?

I take it daily on or off cycle

from what I have read its something to see the benefits has to be taken on a regular basis for months. So only taking it on cycle would not be much benefit.

Many people wait until after they have taken the orals to start milk thistle. You might look into getting some k-r-ala as well.

i think i will start it after the dbol then, my caps at 300mg so i'll run 900mg ED for a couple of months to hopefully restore things

Im goin at 1575mg a day at the moment.ill reduce it after a few days. My liver readings werent that bad anyway though.

just taking regular ALA at the moment, i opted for that because you could get 3x as much ALA as you could R-ALA for a similar cost, and even though half of the regular ALA is not effective it came in bigger caps anyway, so it seemed more cost effective to go with that

i have the tabs (NOW Foods Silymarin)

You can take it year round if you want. I still tested high when on a liver complex, so its not a mircle in all cases, and I was taking of course over the recommended doses.

Hey Mates,

What would be the correct dosage to take of Milk Thistle (Twin Labs) during and after a 2 week M1T cycle? I am also really confused about the dosage myself.

I took about 1000mg a day while on M1T
