Most of the herbal stacks out there are "equivalent" to the basic ECA stack. The herbal form of each is usually standardized to be 20 mg ephedrine/ 200 mg caffeine/ some, not all 75-300 mg aspirin.

None of the herbals are as powerful as the real stuff though.

I thought so- thanks for the info. By the way my girlfriend started to lose a lot of hair after she STOPPED taking Hydroxycut- Do you know if there is any known link??

That is really odd...I know of no link between the ingredients found in Hydroxycut and hair loss

I didn't think so we have searched around- But I was thinking if hydroycut messes with your nervous system maybe it could effect your hair. She was stressed during this period- so maybe that is what did it... Just a thought.

If u were concerned with cutting fat primarily, how would u use nolvadex in conjuntcion with clen, and/or ECA? (not all at the same time)

nov is an anti e it prevents esotrgenic related fat deposits clen is a more selective beta 2 antagonist.
now for my comments me and a few buddies of mine are experimenting with varying ratios of t2 and t3 to find out the most effective

Nolvadex can simply be used along with clen or ECA to help burn bodyfat by another mechanism...the reduction of fat producing estrogen. Nothing magical, but it does work.

I dont know of any Nolvadex side effects, although I'm sure if you OD on it something could happen. I have heard of Clomid blues (depression), but nothing on Nolvadex, so I'd think you were safe from side effects.

What kind of time frame are you looking at, and keep in mind doseage as well.

Hmmm, well, I was lookin into the 2 weeks on/2 weeks off for clen, but I didnt know about the nolvadex.

Now Im considering using it for the duration of the cuttin cycle..

But do you wean yourself on and off of nolvadex? Whats the recc' dose if u are using nolvadex for fat loss?

Nolvadex...for fat loss...usually 20mg per day....to avoid some water retention when on high androgens 10mg is recommended.

For fat loss....about 20 mg for 6 weeks, then 10 mg for 1 week, than 5 mg for 1 week.

Some also say that Liquidex or Arimidex works, but I tend to disagree. Well it never worked for myself and I used it for sometime in conjunction with EC.

i dont know ive ran liquidex during a cut cycle and it appeared to realy dry me out ive never run it alone
