clen and t3 ?

clen and t3 ?

hello i am new this is my first post so be nice to me i am doing a clen and t3 cycle. i have started using clen for the first two weeks and then stopped for two weeks to take t3's. ok at first (clen alone) worked great. and then i stopped it to take t3's . i heard of the side effects of t3's , but i wasnt getting anything. in other words it felt like i was takeing a pluasebow. i didnt feel it working for me as much as the clen. i know that the gear is not fake. and i know that t3s are dirt cheap so it is pointless to make fakes too. so my question is should i stop takeing t3's over all. or should i keep going. i have lost a lot of body fat (went for 12% to 7% in 4 weeks) but and i do see my six pack forming up. but i dont look ripped for some reason. i work out regularley and hardly lost any mass (if not gained some ) from the diet. what am i doing wrong. it is not the diet becouse i would lose mass insted of gaining it. should i take mild anablics like winny or should i take D-bol for 4 weeks. for rippness. any advise is help full thank guys

Take a couple t3 tabs first thing on an empty stomach with one cup of water. Wait 30 minutes before eating anything. If you don't feel the T3 working after taking them correctly, you have bunk stuff. You should feel warm.

T3 doesn't have side effects that are nearly as noticeable as clen, clen you can't mistake, with T3 you simply sweat more. How much T3 are you using?

You can take T3 long term and that means WITH clen, its the clen you have to drop after 2 weeks.

well i used a body fat scale. i take my bf% every day after wakeing up. i am shore that it is inacurate thought. since at times it will give me a % that is way off like 5% and 11%. but i would like to think that i have 7% bf . but seriouselly i was at one point 195 lb with 22% bf and i lost 40 lb and went down to 13%-12% and maintained my bf% for 6 mounths with regular cadio and a diet without supplements too . but i lost alot of mass. and i became as weak as a woman (no offence to the ladys) so i am takeing T3's and clen to keep whatever gains i have left from my days in the gym

but i heard that if you take T3's for more than 4 weeks stright you would have to take it for the rest of your life... so what is the truth. and now that you have mentioned it i do feel slightly warm. but not as much as when i was taken the clen. oh and i have never taken more than one 25 mcg pill a day of T3.
