i dont think they are allowed to refuse to give you pins can they?wouldnt that negate the reason for having a needle exchange. i mean you might end up rummagin the alleyways of nottingham lookin for needles and end up with AIDS and then...........die!

i don't think they can give pins to someone whos health is at high risk, they have to be responsible and sign to say that they authorized giving needles out to whoever.. i'm pretty sure if they felt someone was is real danger they would try and get them professional help or advice like from a doctor/drug team or something, its like if you are under 21 you won't get needles either, might just be with steroid users though i'm not sure, but they have to draw the line somewhere
