Usual advice is to use the routine that produces the best results for you normally and just let the steroids amplify the training effect. That is more or less what I do.
When I have a bunch of CNS stimulation, I focus a lot more intensely on strength however, moreso than I would normally.
If I know ahead of time that I am going to get certain side effects from a steroid or group of steroids, I go ahead and make the accomodation ahead of time (training around back pumps etc on dbol).
You might also look at how well you keep the muscle you build in various bodyparts, or how much strength you keep on particular lifts. You can select a training protocol that emphasises your strong points etc. Pretty much up to you.
Just have fun with it. Training while on is definitely one of the best experiences imaginable. Results come so fast, and it can seem like anything you do has a damn good shot of working.
