starting second cycle of test e, deca, d-bol,

just wondering what everyones input is regarding training splits while on gear?

    1 on 1 off?
    3 on 2 off?
    4 on 2 off?
any sample routines or suggestions would be great.
    last cycle i ran: 3 on 1 off>>
    back bis abs
    chest tris
    legs shoulders abs
    off

and secondly what rep range should i stick with?

last cycle i started with 6-8 and 3/4 of the way through was doing 8-10. i think i got bored with the lack of pump from less reps.

    thanks bullet

Usual advice is to use the routine that produces the best results for you normally and just let the steroids amplify the training effect. That is more or less what I do.

When I have a bunch of CNS stimulation, I focus a lot more intensely on strength however, moreso than I would normally.

If I know ahead of time that I am going to get certain side effects from a steroid or group of steroids, I go ahead and make the accomodation ahead of time (training around back pumps etc on dbol).

You might also look at how well you keep the muscle you build in various bodyparts, or how much strength you keep on particular lifts. You can select a training protocol that emphasises your strong points etc. Pretty much up to you.

Just have fun with it. Training while on is definitely one of the best experiences imaginable. Results come so fast, and it can seem like anything you do has a damn good shot of working.

    what about rep range cardinal?
    6-8reps all 4 sets or
8-10 reps all 4 sets or
    4 sets at 10 reps then 8 then 6 then 4?

personally I wouldn't train more than 2 days in a row on of off cycle. you are allowing your CNS to recover along with ATP stores...
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

looks good. you could also throw in a day or two of some low intensity cardio in there. personally I like to do an hour of low intensity cardio on the treadmill the day after legs then give them a REALLY good stretching out.

i start next week friday. last cycle was just d-bol and test. trying to get my excersize routine down first. last cycle i think i overtrained even though i put on 36 pounds. little apprehensive about adding the deca. had zero issues with last cycle and with the intro of deca it really seems to add the the "possibilities" and the need for added hcg which i didnt run last cycle. sooo we'll see. are you on cycle right now?? if so id like to chat with you about some questions????
    thanks bullet

I'm on right now, 4th shot was Monday. I do 2ml of Test E and 1ml of Deca, once a week (500mg test, 300mg Deca)I'm only up about 8lbs and added about 15 to my bench. I did d-bol for the first 3 weeks or so, and dropped it early due to nipple sensativity. I was expecting more gains, but it's still early. You can PM me if you like, I'm not sure if I'll be able to get back to you today though.
    Good luck !!
