um...for aas the label pretty much tell u what ur getting...the steroid in it/and usually the ester/oil its in and how much is in it...a decent book is the new anabolics 2005 by llewellyn...he literally goes into almost every different steroid out there...at least the ones that are generally bought...he gives ideas for basic stacks or how much one should take as a newb or experienced...after being on this forum a while i realize llewelelyn doesnt quite have all the right answers...some of his cycle recommendations would leave me without a hardon for months(unacceptable to me)...thats why everyone here advocated a test base for any cycle and ill def have to agree..but there are websites out there that will tell u what certain steroids do, try this http://www.steroidology.com/profiles/
