Safest steroids would be anavar, primobolin, deca, and andriol. All are fairly effective at adding muscle, but none will turn you into a "freak" overnight.

Gopro is correct. Anavar doesnt aromotise and is really good for strength gains, primo is considered the safest roid available, deca will not cause balding etc and andriol is not a 17 alpha alkylated so it is easy on the liver but it has a short half life so you gotta take lots and often!!

id say deca because it gives you amazing gains but with hardly any sides.
