Nobody should be thinking about juice after working out for only a month. There is so much you can do with your body naturally that you'd be a fool to take steroids now. Make sure you are eating enough quality calories, training on a proper routine, and getting enough recuperation before looking elsewhere.

Geez...what happened to good old fashioned hard work!

    Tiny,

I doubt that he will come back after being chastized so much.

I know when people start bodybuilding they are excited and want to look like Arnold overnight. Some people get dejected and want to turn to steroids to speed things up. It can be dishearting to go for months without much improvement.

Well, not to be critical, but he said he has worked out for a month! When I first starting working out I was hungry! I worked out for several years with out even thinking about drugs. Some people just have the motivation and desire, others do not and they never will.
