my ? is how many cc of deca and test should i use the 3cc surenge?

i know 2 shots a week, but at what rate?

i was thinking 1cc of deca and .5 cc of test?

or should i do 1cc of both?

assuming the deca is 300mg/ml and the test is 250mg/ml, I would shoot 1cc of deca and 2cc of test. You didn't say what ester the test is so how often you need to inject will vary. The deca can be injected once a week. I assume you are using test enanthate so you can get away with once a week on that but twice a week is preferred.

No problem...do you have an idea of how long you are going to run the cycle? How about a PCT? Are you ready for water retention and gyno if it happens on cycle?

going to be running it prob 6-8 weeks...

no PCT, just novadex 1 week prior to end of cycle...

PCT is post cycle therapy. with out a proper PCT you can forget about keeping most of your gains, unless you are very new to resistance training (at which point you don't even need to be using gear yet).

6-8 weeks is just too short for you to see much of anything from the deca. You are just going to shut down harder and have more of a hassle getting your natural test levels back up. I would run the test 12 weeks and the deca 10. You need to run Nolvadex and/or Clomid for PCT....a week is not going to be effective. I read somewhere that Clomid for 2 weeks is effective, and I would run the Nolvadex for 3-4 weeks. If you run Deca you may want to consider using HCG to get your balls back up to size.

I think you need to plan this out really well and understand better what you are doing before running another cycle. The first cycle you ran was all wrong. Don't be in a rush to do another cycle. You will be so much happier when you can do it right and keep most of what you gain.

i havent lost n e thing really...maybe a pound or 2...

on my cycle coming up, i do have novadex which i will be taking either 1-2 weekd prior the end of deca and im also taking some serious mass stuff along with no xplode...

i will be taking half a cc of deca and a full cc of test twice a week.
so basically the test will run longer than the deca!

word, that is really common stuff! and if you don't know how much to inject it implies that you don't know what dosages to run and that you really haven't thought about things before buying, i'd advise doing some more research before running anything
