    Question Starting off

I'm looking for any advice or information I can get. I'm 28, weight about 190 pounds, and 5'11", not sure what my body fat is, I don't know how to calculate it. I'm looking to get seriously lean and, put on a good amount of muscle mass, a freind told me winstrol would work good for me, but another friend said to use d-bol, and go on a "cutting cycle". I'm new to all of this so I don't have a clue what to do. Please help, anyone.....

I'm gonna start a low calorie, high protien diet, hit the gym 5 days a week, but I'm not sure what kind of program to put together. lots of cardio, moderate weight and lots of reps to start off, I want to tone up some before I bulk up. I've decided to stay off creatine, stick to aminos, and glutamine, should I try something like ripped fuel or hydroxycut? I'm not sure how much of a difference those supplements make.
