Angry its happening again!! GRRR!

well i'm 1.5 weeks into my cutting, and i started out 199lbs and 17% bodyfat, this morning was 194.2lbs and 17% bodyfat, now i know i'm gonna drop a few lbs water and food n' stuff, but i can see where this is heading, to a lot more muscle than fat loss, and i'm not even cutting hard right now, eating high protein, moderate carbs and fats, i just have a carb curfew in the evenings and am doing some extra cardio, and running clen (but its unboxed/blistered and i got it at the start of the year, thinking it could be out of date, although it is giving me the shakes so it might be doing something, but i easily went up to 100mcg pretty much side free)

anyway that is it, i'm stopping cutting now, i'll just have to put up with 17% BF till next summer, i'm not risking losing muscle by trying to shed a few measly pounds of fat

conclusion, cutting inbetween cycles is a big NO NO for the naturally skinny 130lb ectomorph

i'm so tempted to run some m1t/SD/OT (or some other oral i have laying around that i'll prob never end up running) and cut on that, MUST RESIST!

also that means i'll be starting my next cycle (bulker on test/deca/dbol) at 17% bodyfat, not good.

Have to make a solid plan and stick to it. The same thing happens to me the first 2 weeks of a diet.......its just water so don't get upset by it, 1.5 weeks is not enough time to gauge anything by. And cutting naturally between cycles is perfectly fine to do. You don't need drugs to accomplish every goal.

Diet is a bitch man, carbo timing and type is important. I see my waist grow before ANYTHING else if I dont get shit right, and its still hard for me.
