HELP with OFF CYCLES

Just searching for all of the clomiphene information I can find. I am starting my off cycle this week with HCG injections and Clomiphene. I was using Arimidex and Clomiphene to get rid of gyno on cycle. I read that Arimidex isn't good for the bones. If on it don't stay on too long, just enough to get rid of gyno. I read that SERM's such as clomiphene are good for the bones and stops the gyno shit. I am staying on clomiphene. Anyone can help with info on learning more about clomiphene being good for bones and reversing osteoporosis. I read nolvadex and some other SERM's(one starts with R) are the way to go. But need info and research on clomiphene because this is for my off cycle along with HCG, and to maybe heal the bone damage arimidex has done.

adex has done noticeable bone damage? HCG is suppressive.

Yes it has. Not horribly noticeable, but still will stop and just to warn people, NOT to discontinue but don't stay on it much longer than you have to to get rid of gyno. I'm off it now and will just stick with Clomid for my off cycle and my cycle to keep the "bitch tits" away. =) Now done anyone know is Nolvadex or what SERM would be good for off cycle and that is also good for bones because I know some SERM's are. Anyone can recommend... thanks

nolva is probably the most popular PCT used around here. You should be able to find plenty of info on it.
