best way to come off ECA/clen without crashing?
i'm currently on ECA, which i'll be running up until the end of the week, then i plan on giving clen another try (which i started my cut on but was a bit disappointed with, i have a feeling it might have been underdosed as 160mcg/ed didn't seem to do a lot! got some new stuff on the way though)
i was on clen for 2 weeks, and this will be a month that i've been on ECA, i plan to finish off with 2 weeks of clen, my question is what is the best way to come off these without rebounding? can i just taper down the clen and be done? should i run any left over eca the week after my clen to keep the fat off whilst i raise cals slightly? or would something like CLA or another product be better for that?
its just in the past i've crashed pretty bad coming off ECA, and i want to taper off it better this time to avoid it happening again
