its impossible to keep all of your gains after bulking up. Especially 100%. I do a low carb diet and really high protein to try and keep what i gained over the off season.

Are you asking about retaining gains after a steroid cycle? If so, no diet is going ensure that you retain 100% of what you gained with drugs.

NO, I HAVE NEVER DONE AS, I WAS THINKING ABOUT PRIMO OR SO FOR A MINUTE, BUT CHANGED MY MIND. ACTUALLY, I HAVE BEEN EATING ENOUGH, PROBABLY FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, AND USED NORANDROSPRAY, AND HAVE GAINED 7 LBS OF MUSCLE IN 6 WEEKS, PLUS LITTLE FAT, TOO, BUT NOT THAT MUCH. HOWEVER, I DO WANT TO GET RID OF THAT, WITHOUT LOOSING ANY MUSCLE. DO YOU SUGGEST A KETO DIET? WHAT ABOUT ZIGZAG DIETING (5 DAYS BELOW MAINTENANCE, 2 DAYS ABOVE), WHICH IS BETTER TO HOLD ON TO MUSCLE?

are you talking about a high fat, moderate protein, low carb diet, or high protein, low fat, low carb? i believe, the latter would still make you loose sime muscle, whereas the first one, where you are in ketosis, will prevent muscle loss completely - this is what i have heard, but i would like to know, if it is really true.
