    Vitamins On Cycle!!

I know this should be in the diet forum etc, but I dropped it there first, but no one added to it, so am trying it here. Cheers.

Hey guys, just wondering if anyone can help me here. What B vitamin is best for skin complexion? Is it B5 (Pant. acid rich etc) or is an entire B vitamin range the way forward? Thanks

B5 will help with acne, but complexion is also from a proper balance of testosterone/estrogen. Women have better skin, thanks in part to estrogen levels.

B3(niacin) is good for your skin apparantly. One a day for skin health.

It is actually a trick by competitive bodybuikders to take lots of B3 pills in one go just before they go on stage which will increase vascularity (only slightly) for about 15mins.

Make sure to pickup flush free niacin if you attempt that, and anything over 1g a day supposedly hits the liver btw.

lol 1g is 10 tablets only bodybuilders who go in to contest take that much.

only 100mg is 555% of RDA so 1 tablet (100mg) is enough for a daily basis.

isn't niacin more for improving HDL levels? or does it have other benefits too? i'm planning on running 1g ED over PCT for my next cycle as i heard it does a good job at bringing cholesterol levels back to baseline

I have no flush niacin that I take every day in 500mg pills. For a while I was taking 1g a day but cut back due to the possibility of liver toxicity.

Yes, I started taking it when I learned that my HDL had dropped drastically on my last cycle.

B vitamins like many things in life (hormones for example) dont just affect one thing. B vitamins are not even completely understood, B15 is not recognized by the US but there is a lot of Russian research on it, and there are other B vitamins as well not yet fully unraveled as far as formulation.
