    I need help and advice

    Ok, here's the deal. I haven't lifted in two, almost three years. When I was lifting I was (at my peak) 195-197lbs at 5'9" and no fat. I'm now 26 years old, 180lbs and too flabby for my self to stand. I just started lifting again and can't seem to make the gains that I used two, or any for that matter. I've never taken any supplements before.... except protein, but I don't think that counts. So, I was wondering if there was any thing you guys could recommend to help me get back to my former self.

    The reason I stoped lifting was because I fractured my arm.... while lifting.

    i'd recommend a good diet. .... how old are you? what are your goals? what do you want? whats your diet look like? whats your routine look like?

    Well first off, my diet contains a ton of red meat and chicken.... I'm in the Coast Guard. And yes it's a branch of the service. My goals are to get back in shape, and eventually get in better shape than I was. I know it's going to take a while, it took tree years to get to where I was. I have a smaller frame than most wieght lifters, crap, I wear size 8.5 boots. Anyways, if you want to know my routine I'll post it but it's pretty in depth. I'm just looking for something to help me get the results I want a little faster.... ok, maybe a lot faster than what it took me the first time.

    lots of people around here suggest test E or C @ 500mgs a weeks for 10 weeks with a full pct for a first cycle

    Right on, thanks. Pct? I know that it meens the time between cycles used for recovery from from the on cycle, but what does it meen? Also, should I stack it with anything?

    Also, how long after my cycle ends will it be in my blood? The Coast Guard does random drug tests that aren't so random. It would be bad news if I got poped because I couldn't bust drug runners any more. It's kind of funny isn't it? Someone who's supposed to stop drugs from getting in the country is trying to use them.
