Niacin Question

is this a reptuable product?

if so will 2 caps a day suffice over pct to bring up HDL levels? roughly how long should i run this for?

is it best to take both caps at once (say in the morning), or is it better to split the dosing up, so 1 cap morning and 1 cap afternoon?

I had a real problem with hdl levels after a winny and tren cycle, hdl bottomed out to 14 and ldl went through roof, started taking 3000mgs of niacin a day, which can be toxic to liver at that high of a dose, and 8 gms of flax seed oil day, it all came back to normal, but liver values where a little high, not that bad. and dropped it to 500mgs a day, spliting the dosages up.Anything over 1000mgs will be toxic to liver. Currently 188, hdl 46..was as high as 305 with 14 hdl.

It looks like it's good stuff if it doesn't give you "flush". The last time I took Niacin supplements I got the "flush" that they talked about. My face, chest, arms, and neck got all these red patches all over them and I itched like crazy, it only lasted a couple days though. That and my piss stunk like hell.

I would get flush but not that bad, some redness, patchs on my back face arms,etc. But they do sell a no flush niacin now, you can get it in the Vitamin shoppe.
