should i run T3 on my next cycle?

i've had quite a few guys recommend that i run cytomel @ 25mcg/ed throughout my next cycle, just wondered what you guys think? and whether or not it is necessary to keep lean? because if i could stay lean through clean diet and plenty of walking/cardio then i'd rather do it that way, i also knew how much size clen seemed to cost me, and i don't want the t3 to deter any of my mass gains (as carbs won't be all that high as it is)

you can read all the info on my cycle here: Young D's 2nd AAS Cycle

i am bulking BTW, but improving body comp is my overall goal, not just sheer mass

You know my take: 25 mcg T3 will not hinder gains at all (it anything, it should help), and it will help limit fat.

    I ran 100mcg for 8 weeks....
Actually Im in week 7 right now and tapering down.....
I lost 1.5 inches in my waist and put 1 inch on my chest, 3/8 on upper arms...
Not huge gains but pretty dam good considering I cut about 10-12lbs of fat and got bigger.......Love T-3
    And Im old..............38
at 23 you should be able to do wonders with T-3 added to your cycle

sounds good sir, obviously i won't be going quite that high, 25mcg ED should suffice, esspecially considering my diet, the cardio i'll be doing and my ectomorphic genes

i did actually hear of some guys running low doses of t3 (25-50mcg) off cycle and can cut quite well on it with a high protein diet, so hopefully it won't hinder my gains, if anything the increased protein sythesis may help build LBM? just how catabolic would 25mcg ED be? that is my biggest concern (as clen is meant to be anti-catabolic but i swear i just seemed to lose size extremely fast on it! and we ain't talking fat either, it was so bad my BF% was going up as my weight was going down )

I wouldn't run any cycle with out at least 25 mcg/ED of T3 run the entire cycle
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.
