now this might be the dumbest question that has ever been asked but just out of caution.
I had just done my first ever injection. I took the flip top off then injected but I cant get the top back on? is it even sopposed to go back on? it is ligit human grade gear from the pharmacy.

yeah there is I just thought that the cap should go back on just to cover the pin hole although nothing could leak out

That's the way it is suppose to be. As long as it has the rubber stopper your good to go. Make sure you always swab the rubber stopper w/ alcohol prior to inserting a pin in it.
