Hey guys, another dilemma question. Some people say to run nolva as simply part of PCT yet others say to use it duirng the cycle. Im guessing that they both have their benefits with this ( on cyle without nolva you will hold more water, psychologically boosting with a bigger weight increase and keeping joints etc more lubricated and supported yet using on cycle it'll hold off prone gyno etc and lead to a more accurate weight in quality muscular gain without so much water retention-although holding back water may halt alittle gain than if with it). Just want to see what you guys do/think? Cheers.

on a 6-week or an 8-week cycle i am going to go with Rebound XT for PCT
using nolvadex for this duration and then using a PCT wouldnt be too much estrogen blockers?
how long is the average PCT anyways.... i was planning on going 2 weeks

My first PCT was about 4 weeks:
100mg clomid 1-5days
50mg 6-12days
20mg nolv 13-26days.
I am thinking this time I should maybe try
100mg of clomid 1-5days
50mg 6-12
20mg nolv 1-14days

or start it the day after the cycle?
defintely not the day after....your start of PCT depends on what gear you taking. You probably want to start your PCT at the half life time of whatever you were running.

im not going to roids.... im trying a prohormone thats oral because its my first cycle.... its a precursor to tren
that post mentions that orally taken things go for 9 hours? not sure
would this effect it? ive read many posts regarding waiting a week before PCT, but then ive seen many that go the other way.... i think...
what woud you recommend in this scenario.... im going for 6 to 8 weeks, and the last week im cycling down to half the main dose... this is even recommended by the company

Do what Foremanrules said and run 10mg a day during cycle and use clomid for PCT. I'm sure i will get called in on this but i see no use for Nolva for PCT if you used it for preventing Gyno while on your cycle. 60mg for weeks 1-3 then 4-5 i will be using 30mg!
One more thing, if you get nolva and have it in powder form, Im warning you it will be the growest thing ever![]()

Lets see..when i started my 1st cycle, deca only i gained about 18 pounds, then after water weight around 13!
so that brought me to 168-170.. Now i just finished my second cycle of deca and test and gained 22 pounds, which brought me to 190. Now after a few weeks off and on my nolva im down to 185 right now.
Im not braggin on my strength but i went from doing 135 on bench before 1st cycle. Now im up to 225, repping. My max was 255. In which i think is very good.
So laugh all you want, but ive seen good results from what i have done. Only side effects were a bit of acne on back, and nothing else.
Sex drive still going strong. 2x a day at least![]()

sorry that i never had meat on my bones and was always a skinny kid growing up...i weighed no more than 140 pounds when i started working out... gained 15 from eating and workign out..
yes i was very impatient and i was around roids and could very easily get it. so why not get it at a good price instead of waiting..
