    Cool Crossed over to the Dark Side last night

    I started my first cycle last night - 500 mg Test per week.

    What are some tips you guys can give me to get the most out of this? I'm going to log BF and measurements at the gym once per week to monitor progress. I'll watch my sodium intake very closely to prevent bloating as much as possible. What are some other mistakes that people make on their first cycle? I want to get the most out of this as possible.

    I'm 24 years old, 6'6" and about 195. So you can see where the screen name comes from.

    Its clear you really need to figure out how to eat FAST!

    195 at 6'6'' is much too small to be jucing up.....but its too late now.

    I've got a huge metablolism. I've been tall and slim all my live (edit: life ). It's partly due to genes (I have a brother that is 6'9"), partly my diet. I've changed the diet, I'm getting at least 8 meals a day now. We'll see what happens.

    Look at ur daily caloric intake and how much protein ur taking in closely...also, as slim as u are...a little bloat might not be a bad thing..

    How old are you stretch. By your post you sound older then me. Your obviously not that educated. I could care less how fast your metabulism is. All that means is you need to eat more. Why is it that all you guys think that gear is going to put the weight on you. Sure it will, WATER. You need to get your diet down first. Ok you poked yourself last night and that fine. Don't do anymore poking until you learn to eat properly. That one injection is not going to harm shit if you stop now.
    So don't inject anymore until, you have you diet going in the right direction and start gaining weight naturally

    Note: If a person has a slow METAB should they blame McDonalds for there fat ass or themselves for eating like a nut. If I get fat it's my diet and I'm not going to put the blame on my Metabulism. There's a thing for the fat called Cardio and diet.

    I was looking to this website for some helpful, un-opinionated information. I guess I'll have to look elsewhere.

    Tough: I'm 24, I stated that in the first post, and you actually quoted me on it. I also stated that I had my diet in order, and have gained weight - naturally. Read what someone posts up before you interject your opinion. Also, this website has a spell check option built into it, learn how to use it. You obviously aren't very educated, as well.

    Hey studge I read this post. First tell me where my spelling needs checking as I don't use a spelling check for any reason. I don't re-read my post either to check on them. not that important to me as I obviously get my point across. 2nd this is the first post I read from you. So I don't see a diet that is in order. Look before you start gear you need to be gaining weight without them. Once you have the full potential naturally then start the gear. By the way I don't use spell check. If i miss type something then so fucking what. I have to many other post to deal with then sit here 5 min's to check my spelling

    fuck in hell man,he bothered to give u advice and u come up with that shit,,,for your height that weight is pathetic,,,,,get to a decent weight for your height then juice thats what i took from toughs post,,u may have gained naturally just get to a half decent weight b4 u decide to juice,,,,,,,,i cant spell for shit,,so what!! im not on here to corrected for my grammer,,,,,im here to learn!!!!!!!! and here is the best forum to learn from ,,,in my opinion,,,go elsewhere and get second rate advice,,and u will end up on a d-bol winny cycle ,,,good luck to ya man

    Make sure you have Anti-Es like Arimidex that you are running in your research.

    Arimidex is a AI that can be used during the cycle to avoid gyno, bloat, etc... Nolva can be used for that reason but its not as effective in doing so. Nolvadex is used for PCT or if you get gyno its used to shrink it back down.

    McDonald's Steak, Egg and cheese bagel breakfast meal, with the hashbrown and up it to a large coke. Wendy's Triple decker burger, biggie sized with another coke and a frosty, for lunch and dinner. Throw in a 16 oz chilli with a Weight gainer shake for bedtime and in between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner and you'll throw 35lbs on even the most ectomorph body. God I miss junk food

    What's funny is I ate crap like that all the time and took weight gainer shakes and creatine...but because I'm so active it still took time to put on weight and I absolutely couldn't get fat. After my first cycle of test with the same eating habits...bam I have a gut and a fat ass...completely changed my body composition.

    I dont see how a cycle can throw off your metabolism like that....I would assume adding test would speed up the rate you can burn calories by adding more muscle....not turn you into a fat ass.

    You wouldn't think so. But I have pictures...before I started I was pretty fuckin cut, abs and everything. For the years prior that I'd been lifting, I didn't really get that much bigger I just gotta lil size and kept getting more defined....but after my first cycle I just got BIG, and lost a lot of definition. I ONLY DID 250 mg of testE E5D and put on about 23 lbs in 49 days. Kept like 18 or 19, then started gaining it back naturally within a few weeks. I'm not really a fat ass, but I did put some fat on during that cycle fo sho.

    you should have waited until you had your diet and training down and were adding weight naturally, then added in the anabolics...
    I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

    any time you're doing a no holds barred bulk, you're gonna gain some fat with the muscle. Unless your diet is absolutely perfect, every single day, you will gain some fat with the muscle, and even then, you're likely to gain a little fat.
