    hey
i have a small question im kinda fuddledd on....

during a cycle, isnt it correct to take an anti-estrogen for the whole cycle? AND THEN another estrogen blocker for PCT?

If you hinder normal estrogen levels then yes its unhealthy. I have used aromatase inhibitors during my cycles and I simply kept them to approximately levels which would stop gyno from forming and no more.

You're confusing aromatase inhibitors with estrogen agonists/antagonists. The latter is used in PCT research not during the run.

That depends on which one you are using and which compounds you are running. The typical dose for Arimidex is 0.25 mg/day on cycle.
