    Question I'm about do do Test cyp for the 1st time

    Got a quick question... I've done steroids in the past. D-bol and Deca but it was about 4 years ago. The gains were minimal and keeping them were worse. It was almost not even worth the needle to do them.

    I've come to a point where I want to try them again as I'm working out without anything at all now. I have my supplements like Myoplex and cell tech but even they are expensive "feel like you're doing something" alternatives in my opinion.

    My question is this. How long should I stay on Test Cypionate and should I go over the 2.5 shots a week dosage?

    Alternatively how long will it take to see results? I heard it can take up to 4 to 6 weeks to see gains. Is that true? If so... should I go the Anadrol 50 route? And how long and how much of that should I take?

    What are your stats and goals? How long have you been training consistantly? If you don't have your diet and routine down solid, you likely won't keep much of the gains you make on the cycle you are planning. I wouldn't use anadrol unless you have experience with orals.

    I am 6ft 2 in and right now I weigh 215, some mornings 210... but I'm pretty consistant at 215.

    I've been working out since I was 21, hard into it anyways. I stopped working out while in England from Feb to May and then picked it back up over the summer.

    My arms are 17.5 cold I'd like them to be about 19... is that too lofty?

    Other than that... I've not taken oral steroids before. I eat decent, enough. Lots of water, protein and vegtables. I don't eat pork... I try to stay away from fast food, haven't ate it in over 7 months now.

    I workout 5 times a week but might drop down to 4 days for recovery.

    Last thing... how long does it take for Test Cyp to actually start working or kicking in? I heard it's slowly released over time and can take up to 6 weeks before ressults are seen. Is this true?

    If your gains on D-bol were min, then 1 of 2 things is happening. 1st the d-bol and deca were bunk, 2 your diet sucked. All the anadrol in the world is not going to help you if your diet is not in check.

    All you need is Test cyp 1 cc on Sun and 1 cc on Wed (or) 1 on Mon and 1 on Thurs. You don't need any other gear besides what i listed. The above with a good diet will give you the gains your looking for.

    Also I can just about guarrantee you that if you have been training that your arms are not going to reach 19" from this cycle and may not reach in from the next two cycles. If you have no idea what your doing then, then they will never reach 19". 19" guns are not the easiest thing to achieve.

    Whenever I see someone only worrying about the size of their guns, I think to myself, this person has no clue in the world about bodybuilding.

    Worry more about putting size on your Quads, Hams and calves and the arms will follow~!

    Well I wanted to list my goals for everything else but was pressed for time and had to shorten it up a bit.

    I have goals where I'd overall like to look... not really per body muscle. I don't really want my arms to be 19 inch, persay... I just want more bulk around them... I've got more depth than bulk to them. My chest looks fine from all angles. I'm not too worried about it... but my arms seem to lag behind. That's why I threw it out as a goal of mine.

    they look big from the side... but from the front they don't seem "AS" big... I mean, they kinda are but not really where I want them. Maybe it's just the mirror but I've been struggling with arm size for 3 years or better.

    Everything I eat or all the muscle I seem to gain goes right to my chest, stomach, back or traps.

    So it's not really that I'm only worried about my arms, just more so than the rest of my body cause I know I can get everything else in check pretty much.

    So you say 2 shots a week, huh? No more? I can live with that. I was set to do 2.5 or 3 a week. I wanna see ressults but I also don't want them to come quickly. I kinda wanna see them in 4 to 6 weeks. Towards the end of the cycle.

    Ok it scares me when people talk this way.....if you were knowledgeable about steroids you would be talking about how many milligrams per week.
    So tell us what is your cycle plan.....try to explain it in detail.

    Yes, half a cc on Sunday is what I was planning. 200ml per shot and at 2 times a week would be 4 and a half of 1 cc would 500. So I was checkin' around and talkin' to some people and they instructed me that that would be the best route.

    I got clomed and noveldex along with Test Cyp and a bottle of Deca "which I probably won't use now" After 8 weeks on test I was gonna drop off and do Anadrol or d-bol orals, but someone earlier said to steer clear of them if I have no experience with oral steroids.

    So I'm just kinda lost in all this. I eat like mad crazy... it seems I'm always eating anymore... not junk food. Just foods really high in pureines and such. Which won't help me when I'm 50 or 60 and contract gout... Which leads me to another question. Can steroids cause Gout? I know the tendons and such are affected a great deal as are the joints by taking them... what's to not say gout won't rear it's head in steroid users?

    I would add the deca...why not? If you bought it use it
    Personally I prefer the orals at the beginning of the cycle and you can take it for a short duration to minimize your negative sides...my benifits tapers off on orals in 2 weeks anyways.
