well i've definately got lumps under both nipples, the one under my left looked really bad last night! i've been running 0.5mg adex eod and high doses of nolva ed (40-80mg) since the start of the week, i'm super dry right now, considering dropping the adex and just going with the nolva (40mg ED) from now on till it clears as it just feels like both is overkill, that look ok?

Adex interferes with nolva. You can stop the progress of gyno with nolva, but the only way I've heard of people getting rid of or shrinking lumps is by using heavy doses of AIs for long periods, usually letro.

Raloxifene has been shown to be very effective for gyno. I recommend you check it out.

yeah i'm just gonna megadose the nolva for a while, i'm on pct in a couple of weeks anyway, so its gonna be a good couple of months of nolva, hopefully it will clear a bit, it seemed to work last time round, within 2-3 weeks i saw a definate reduction in the lumps

no shit! i'm through with dbol now, i love the strength and size it gives me, i mean looking back to my first cycle the gains were just phenomenal, but its not worth the sides i get from it

well the first time i ran dbol was with no anti-e/AI's at all, this time i was running adex, i was hoping that would prevent gyno being too much of an issue, obviously now i know i am very prone i know to avoid highly aromatising compounds in future

yes, if you have mild gyno already then high estrogen levels will more than likely cause it to flare up.

He was running adex...but if he was running nolva with it that would be what caused it to be less effective...correct?? Didn't I read that nolva can make adex only 60% effective??
